I CAN CHASE DRAGONS!

taken from: https://www.facebook.com/icanchasedragons?fref=ts

ICCD: Salsa Red Hot o Buffalo.

AB: Si pudieras elegir a cualquier otro músico, ¿Con quién te gustaría compartir escenario?

ICCD: Con Jon Hopkins!

ENG:

Every time i listen their folkloric rhythms  I feel like going out and running with my bared feet and a mask over my face. I CAN CHASE DRAGONS have the capacity of make you twist with all the vibe and energy that his songs convey.

We talked with Juls (Julio Gudiño) who answered us some questions.

AB: If your music was a place, what place it would be?
ICCD: If ICCD were a place, it would definitively be a beach! But not a tropical beach, somewhere in the coast of a place where it is cold at a specific season of the year.  It is like a place where a forest meets the beach at some point, the sea reaches the beach and this end between lots of enormous threes.
Over the beach they are all kind of places and things where kids and adults can have fun.
Everything so they don’t want to leave ever!

AB: Kind of feelings you want to transmit with your music.
ICCD: Before anything, the feeling that they can stop thinking about what they hear and so just let the music come into their heads. When the listener does this, it becomes a fun and liberating experience where the most important thing is important is to focus on what is going on internally, which is something completely unique for everyone.

B: Phobia.
ICCD: The good-sized spiders. I look at them and i feel them above me.

AB: Addiction.
ICCD: Red Hot Sauce or Buffalo. Mainly in wings. I could eat them all day long but i would end up destroying my stomach.

AB: Mexican that you admire.
ICCD: Valeria Luiselli. She is a writer of only 30 who infected me with his book Los Ingrávidos. Im looking forward to read her next book.

AB: If you could choose any other musician, with whom would you like to share the stage with?
ICCD: With Jon Hopkins! We don’t have the same style, but I would have all kinds of questions about his creative process and his live show. I think he does something unique.

AB: First concert you attended in your life.
ICCD: the first concert I remember was when I was 8 or 9 years. It was the Shakira's tour "Piez Descalzos". I do not remember the show but it was a very good album that appeared in a strange time for music, even stranger for children.
